Belle eau-forte originale de Zao Wou-Ki.
Unique collaboration de l'artiste chinois avec le poète écossais Kenneth White, achevé d'imprimer en mars 1990, malgré leur rencontre plus ancienne: selon ses mots, White n'avait pas encore "le virus", celui "du livre naissant d'une collaboration peintre-poète". Les haïkus qu'il rédige au Japon en 1985 le font changer d'avis, écrivant à Zao Wou-Ki que "cela pourrait, surtout avec des gestes de votre main, faire un beau livre".
