Luitpold Faustner was a German landscape and genre painter, son of the landscape painter and architect Leonard Faustner (1815-1884).
Faustner studied at the Royal Academy of Arts in Munich. He painted mainly views of Tyrol, Upper Austria, and Salzburg, alpine landscapes, and genre paintings.
