Patrick Bakker
Patrick Bakker was a Dutch artist of the first half of the 20th century who painted in oil and drew with a pen or pastel. He was considered at the time of his death to be a 'prodigy'. Despite his short life, Patrick Bakker left a large collection of works characterised by an expressive freedom in the use of colour, confident drawing and restrained impetuosity.Date and place of birt: | 12 november 1910, Apeldoorn, The Netherlands |
