Yevgeny Mikhailovich Rachev (Russian: Евгений Михайлович Рачёв) was a Soviet artist of the twentieth century. He is known as a painter, graphic artist, animalist, and illustrator.
Yevgeny Rachev specialized in illustrations for folk tales and fables from different cultures, as well as for works of classical literature. He favored stories in which the main characters were animals, embodying their natural characters and habits.
