Georgy Georgievich Shishkin (Russian: Георгий Георгиевич Шишкин) is a contemporary Russian artist. He lives and works in Moscow, Paris and the Principality of Monaco. The artist is known as a master of modern portraiture, who has developed his own special technique with an original method of preparing the basis for the pastel.
Georgy Shishkin created a series of portraits of cultural figures. The portraitist is in demand abroad, Prince Albert II of Monaco posed for him. Since 1989 the artist is a member of the International Federation of Graphic Artists of UNESCO.
