Oskar Georg Adolf Hoffmann (Russian: Оскар Адольфович Гофман) was a Russian artist of Baltic-German origin in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. He is known as a painter, graphic artist, draftsman, engraver, representative of the so-called "Dusseldorf school".
Oskar Hoffmann worked in different genres and techniques. He was a landscape painter, marine painter, genre painter, portrait painter. His work is primarily characterized by Estonian landscapes, depicting rural life unadorned, often in brown tones, in a foggy light. He also created a series of etchings.
