Mirror arrived in Venice in the XIII century. Holland and Flanders by the XIV century mastered handicraft production technology of mirrors and Flanders even got a patent.
Represents the mirror of the second half of the XIX century, made according to old technologies in neo-Renaissance style. Beautiful frame made of solid oak soft walnut shade with the imposing cornice is decorated with delicate carvings. In the center of the top strap is a stylized shell, on either side of which the swirls. Side straps decorated with flake carved with rosettes at the top.
