Rarissime exemplaire en reliure de l'époque de l'ultime épopée des Trois mousquetaires. "Aussi rare, sinon aussi recherché que les deux romans dont il est la suite." (Clouzot) Seuls deux exemplaires de l'édition originale sont passés en vente ces vingt-cinq dernières années, et parmi eux un seul en reliure de l'époque. Comme les deux premières parties de la trilogie, Le Vicomte de Bragelonne est d'abord publié en série dans Le Siècle, du 20 octobre 1847 au 12 janvier 1850. L'intrigue s'ouvre avec la visite de Louis XIV à Blois et se clôt avec la mort de d'Artagnan. Sans les vignettes des sept péchés capitaux par Eugène Sue à l'adresse de Pétion, non signalées ni requises dans toutes les bibliographies. Le feuillet de table manque au tome 2. Avec un morceau de couverture contrecollé sur un feuillet en regard du faux-titre du tome 24. Reliure de l'époque : demi-basane maroquinée bleue, dos lisse titré or, orné de filets et roulette dorés et fleurons à froid. (Quelques piqûres et rousseurs éparses, dos légèrement insolés, coiffe supérieure restaurée au vol.1)

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
