Ivan Razumov est un artiste russe originaire de Moscou, dont le travail est marqué par la qualité de son graphisme. Ses illustrations en noir et blanc érotisent en même temps qu’elles questionnent des événements mettant en scène de grandes figures de l’histoire Russe et européenne (Marx, Lénine…). L’artiste confronte ainsi son public à une réalité politique brutale. Inspiré des traditions soviétiques des années 1930, l’artiste réalise également des peintures de très grands formats aux couleurs vives. Ses travaux ont été exposés au Russian Museum (Saint Pétersbourg), au Centre Pompidou (Paris) et au Stedelijk Museum (Amsterdam) qui comptent au sein de leurs collections certaines des œuvres de l’artiste.

‌Ivan Razumov is a Russian artist from Moscow, whose work is marked by the quality of his graphics. His black and white illustrations eroticize while questioning events featuring great figures of Russian and European history (Marx, Lenin...). The artist thus confronts his audience with a brutal political reality. Inspired by the Soviet traditions of the 1930s, the artist also produces very large paintings in bright colours. His work has been exhibited at the Russian Museum (Saint Petersburg), the Centre Pompidou (Paris) and the Stedelijk Museum (Amsterdam), which have some of the artist's works in their collections.
