Bel ensemble en maroquin de l’époque aux armes de la ville de Paris. Les Annales sont en édition originale et les Antiquitez en seconde édition, revue par Malingre, historiographe du roi. L’originale avait paru l’année précédente. Brunet, III, col. 1342.

Seconde édition pour les Antiquitez, édition originale pour les Annales. 8 planches gravées dans le texte des Antiquitez (statue d'Henri IV, tombe de Clovis, tombeau de Childebert, tombe de Chilpéric, tombe de Frédégonde, pierre gravée dans le soubassement de l'autel de la chapelle de Saint Germain, portrait du président de Thou, plaque de cuivre évoquant la création de l'ordre de la sainte Trinité). (fréquentes rousseurs et piqûres ; fréquentes mouillures marginales ; manques marginaux à quelques feuillets.) Reliure uniforme de l’époque : maroquin rouge, armes de la ville de Paris ceintes d’une couronne végétale au centre des plats, encadrement à la Du Seuil et fleurs de lys en écoinçons, large bordure au semis de fleurs de lys en encadrement des plats, dos à nerfs, caissons ornés de semis de lys, roulette dorée sur les coupes, doublure de papier marbré, tranches dorées (restaurations aux coins, coiffes et mors, quelques taches et frottements).
Provenance : au verso de la garde finale des Antiquitez, indication manuscrite contemporaine de l’édition : “Grace a Dieu et lamemoire des homme” -- au verso de la première garde des Antiquitez, indication manuscrite : “Fait a Paris le 10 may mille sep cen quarente uiet” -- au feuillet a3 des Annales (début de la préface), annotation marginale contemporaine de l’édition indiquant “Par Nous” -- dans chacun des volumes, au premier feuillet blanc, ex dono manuscrit de la fin du XIXe siècle, à l’encre noire : “A Monsieur l’abbé Hennet, curé de [biffé], souvenir de sincère amitié. Son petit vicaire E. Molard vic.”

Choose a lot from the upcoming auction and the maximum amount you want to place on it. After confirmation of your choice, we will send your application by e-mail to the appropriate auction house. If the auction house accepts a request, it will participate in the auction. You can view the current status of a bid at any time in your personal account in the "Bids" section.
Auctions are performed by auction houses and each of the auction houses describes their terms of auction. You can see the texts in the section "Auction information".
The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
