В 10-летнем возрасте ходил на кружок рисования при фирме «Свiтанок». Окончил среднюю школу № 245, в которой очень любил уроки рисования, черчения, музыки, труда . Мне всегда очень нравилось что-то делать своими руками.
Художественного образования не имею, но всегда меня тянуло к живописи, завораживало мастерство великих художников и я мечтал иметь свои картины в собственном доме. Мечта осуществилась в 2014 году начал пристальней изучать техники, материалы, приёмы, попробовал и понял, что многое получается, так и пошло-поехало, как говорится. Участник и победитель нескольких художественных выставок и конкурсов.

Я живу и работаю в Украине, но по моему мнению творчество не имеет территориальных границ, поэтому я также планирую осваивать российский и зарубежный рынок. У меня нет специального художественного образования, но живопись - это не просто мое хобби, это то, чем я живу. Поэтому создаю каждую свою картину с трепетом и любовью. Мои работы смогут украсить любой интерьер, как в современном, так и в классическом стиле. Любимые жанры - портрет, реализм, а также импрессионистская пейзажная живопись. Пишу картины акрилом, владею техниками пастозной живописи, лессировки и работы мастихином.
I live and work in Ukraine, but in my opinion, creativity has no territorial boundaries. I have no special art education, but painting is not just my hobby, it is what I live by. Therefore, I create each of my paintings with trepidation and love. My works will decorate any interior, both in modern and classic style. Favorite genres - portrait, realism, as well as impressionist landscape painting. I paint with acrylics, I know the techniques of pasty painting, glazing and working with a palette knife.

Alexander Dubovsky was born in Ukraine. In 1877 he graduated from an art school. In 1978 Alexander moved to Moscow and started his full-time art career. He still lives here with his wife Nina, children and grandchildren. Alexander developed his own recognizable handwriting in the technique of impressionism. The theme of his paintings is urban and natural landscape. In urban landscapes the artist conveys the life of cities that changes and transforms depending on the time of year and weather. In the landscapes of Dubovsky you can find night landscapes, sunsets, dawns, cities in cloudy and rainy weather, or vice versa, illuminated by the bright midday sunlight. "In my paintings I convey the movement on the streets, the life of people who are going somewhere. I like to depict landscapes of past centuries, and this is a historical monument that takes all of us to the past. I see architecture, especially ancient, as the frozen music of the universe and it inspires me," says Alexander. In 1989 he joined the Moscow Union of Artists and the International Foundation. In 2006 he was educated at the at the Faculty of Fine Arts of MPGU in Moscow. Since the 80s he has been a participant in personal, international, group exhibitions. His paintings are in private collections around the world. Now the artist is in Europe, collecting material for future artwork.

С помощью моего искусства я стремлюсь воплотить свою безграничную любовь к Человеку. Интерес к людям, их жизни, телесности и опыту – ключ к моей работе. Формат живописи представляется мне наиболее интересным для рассказа в форме картины, а портрет – лучшей формой для рассказа о человеке. Первостепенное значение для меня имеет передача сущности персонажей моих картин. Через отражение физического и духовного образа человека, а также с помощью символов и цветов, я стремлюсь создавать портреты, которые будут рассказывать историю изображаемых мною героев. Ключевой темой моих работах всегда является человек. Человек в середе, в обстоятельствах, в гармонии с собой или в противоречии с миром. Человек со всеми его радостями, стремлениями, переживаниями и пороками. Каждый Человек – это Вселенная. Мне интересно лучше узнавать позирующих мне людей, вступать в диалог и открывать их для себя и мира, поэтому я люблю писать с натуры, но также рисую и с фотографии. Меня вдохновляет то, что как живописец, - в отличие от фотографа - я имею безграничные возможности манипулировать увиденным, изменять и дополнять его с целью создать нечто, лежащее далеко за пределами поверхности холста. Процесс рисования кистью создает уникальную энергию, которую невозможно повторить никакими механическими средствами: мазки и краски обретают жизнь и превращаются в героев сюжета, в людей.
Ещё одна захватывающая сторона живописи - изучение вселенных, созданных мастерами прошлого и настоящего. Меня вдохновляют символисты, современная американская живопись и русские художники.
Я начала писать 1,5 года назад. Живопись помогла мне в тёмный период моей жизни: я справилась с депрессией и нашла себя. Сначала просто копировала работы других художников, но это быстро наскучило. Попробовала рисовать людей с фотографий, получалось достаточно легко, процесс захватил меня и окончательно оформил мой интерес к портрету. Я самоучка, но постоянно совершенствую свою технику на различных курсах.

Художник Ковалёв Артур Викторович родился в1973 в городе Красный Сулин Ростовской области. Вскоре его семья переехала на Камчатку. В 1993 году успешно сдал вступительные экзамены в Российской академии живописи, ваяния и зодчества, основателем и ректором которой является народный художник России Илья Глазунов. Артур стал студентом кафедры реставрации и живописи. Академия считает своими высочайшими целями возрождение великих традиций отечественного и европейского изобразительного искусства, отстаивающих позиции высокого реализма.В 1999 году он успешно окончил академию с квалификацией «живописец-реставратор станковой темперной и масляной живописи». Как художник Артур много путешествует как по России, так и за рубежом. В течение 2001-2002 годов жил на Ямале, работал художником нефтяной компании. В эти же годы по предложению Евгения Атласова – бизнесмена, прямого потомка Владимира Атласова, присоединившего Камчатку к России, художник активно участвовал в создании документального фильма «Камчатский Ермак». В 2005 году фильм демонстрировался на канале «Культура». С 2003 по 2011 год художник жил в Португалии в г. Лиссабоне. Здесь он принимал участие в конкурсах, провёл более тридцати персональных выставок, выполнил работы для самых престижных учреждений страны. Его имя было включено в каталог лучших художников Португалии.
