Exemplaire grand de marges, superbement relié à l'époque, de la bibliothèque Furstenberg. Les gravures d'après François Boucher, considérées comme son "chef d'oeuvre" sur le plan de l'illustration, avaient été publiées pour la première fois en 1734. Elles sont tirées sur un épais papier vergé. Cette édition a, d'après Brunet, été tirée à 250 exemplaires. Brunet, III, col.1799 ; Cohen-de Ricci, col. 712 (pour l’édition de 1734).
6 vol. grand in-4 (312 x 230 mm). Portrait de Molière d'après Coypel en frontispice du tome I (épreuve réenmargée et doublée), 26 planches hors-texte d'après François Boucher. Exemplaire enrichi d'un portrait de Boucher d'après Restout (245 x 190 mm), monté sur onglet en regard du frontispice (une trentaine de cahiers très brunis, rousseurs dans les six volumes, quelques déchirures marginales, papier des planches souvent plus roussi que celui du texte). Reliure de l’époque : maroquin rouge à long grain, riche décor d’encadrement losange-rectangle sur les plats, dos à nerfs doubles, listel de maroquin vert orné d’une frise de grecques sur les entrenerfs, caissons richement ornés aux petits fers, roulette torsadée sur les coupes, gardes de tabis bleu ciel, tranches dorées (quelques taches et accrocs aux plats, discrètes restaurations). Étuis individuels modernes.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
