Gilded Wood Mirror With Putti, Italy, 19th CenturyVery decorative and beautiful size putti mirror dating from the 19th century, made in the Italian Rococo style with beautiful gold leaf gilding.Trilobe-shaped on its upper part, it is topped with two winged putti emanating from a cloud. The perimeter of the mirror is an interlacing of acanthus leaves, bunches of grapes, mistletoe and sheaves of wheat. It ends in a point with a pretty acanthus leaf and scroll decoration.Beautiful golden patina and fine sculpture, perfect for enhancing an entrance, for decorating a chest of drawers or for illuminating a recessed space.
