Achtkantiger, in rund übergehender glatter Lauf im Kaliber 14 mm mit eiserner Visierung. Die Laufoberfläche reichhaltig mit Ranken, Punkten und Knotenbändern in Silber eingelegt. Im Bereich des Vorderschaftes messingüberzogener und geometrisch durchbrochen gearbeiteter Holzschaft mit vier floral getriebenen, silbernen Laufbändern. Der Kolben vollflächig mit aufgenagelten Perlmutt-Plättchen und eingeklebten Korallen-Cabochons besetzt. Am Kolbenabschluss floral getriebenes Silberband. Abzugsbügel und Ladestock aus Eisen. Länge 136,5 cm.

A Bulgarian miquelet-lock gun with mother-of-pearl and silver inlays, Boka Kotorska, 19th century
Two-stage, smooth-bore barrel, octagonal then round, in 14 mm calibre with iron sights. The surface of the barrel lavishly inlaid with tendrils, dots and bow knots in silver. The wooden stock covered in brass and openworked at the forearm, embellished with four silver barrel bands with chased floral decoration. The entire surface of the butt with small mother-of-pearl plaques, fastened with nails, and pasted coral cabochons. A silver band of chased floral decoration at the end of the butt. Iron trigger guard and ramrod. Length 136.5 cm.
