Date: Ca. 1900.
Clockwork: Manuel winding.
Case/Wristband: 750/- rose gold case, centre stone Ø 4.4mm (rose), dial enamel, roman numerals, gold dots, Louis XVI hands, small second hand.
Total Weight: ca. 55.5 g.
Measurement: 40.0 mm.
Case-No: 112654.
Description: 3-lid gold case, front and back elaborately decorated: Cherubs on swing, polychrome
enamelled, diamonds. Bird with floral motifs also enamelled. Dust cover elaborately
engraved: "Balancier compensé (compensating balance), Levées visibles (visible jewels in
the lever), Ancre (lever escapement), Ligne droite Spirale Breguet (arrangement of the
lever in a straight line, Breguet hairspring), then maker's signature. Precision movement
with ¾ plate, elaborately decorated and silvered, 3 screwed gold chatons, Breguet
hairspring, Swiss lever escapement with moustache lever. Spring of jumping lid missing,
scratches on lids from opening, enamel partly missing, back lid dented. In need of
revision.
Movement: good condition, slightly scratched, oxidised, in need of revision.
Dial: very good condition, original dial, second hand replaced.
Case: good condition, scratched, dented, spring lid missing, traces of wear, slightly damaged, spring lid defective, cracks in decoration or enamel, missing parts.
