Alexander Dubovsky was born in Ukraine. In 1877 he graduated from an art school. In 1978 Alexander moved to Moscow and started his full-time art career. He still lives here with his wife Nina, children and grandchildren. Alexander developed his own recognizable handwriting in the technique of impressionism. The theme of his paintings is urban and natural landscape. In urban landscapes the artist conveys the life of cities that changes and transforms depending on the time of year and weather. In the landscapes of Dubovsky you can find night landscapes, sunsets, dawns, cities in cloudy and rainy weather, or vice versa, illuminated by the bright midday sunlight. "In my paintings I convey the movement on the streets, the life of people who are going somewhere. I like to depict landscapes of past centuries, and this is a historical monument that takes all of us to the past. I see architecture, especially ancient, as the frozen music of the universe and it inspires me," says Alexander. In 1989 he joined the Moscow Union of Artists and the International Foundation. In 2006 he was educated at the at the Faculty of Fine Arts of MPGU in Moscow. Since the 80s he has been a participant in personal, international, group exhibitions. His paintings are in private collections around the world. Now the artist is in Europe, collecting material for future artwork.

Так сложилось, что по образованию я инженер. Хотя всю жизнь с самого раннего детства мечтала быть художником. Рисовать начала, как только смогла удержать карандаш в руке, наверное, лет с полутора.
Закончила Детскую художественную школу города Новосибирска.
Живопись для меня - это все: и Смысл, и Путь, и Цель. Это сама жизнь, ибо рисовать для меня, как дышать - необходимость. Этот процесс для меня - магический. На данный момент я продаю исключительно готовые картины, на заказ не пишу.
Беря кисть в руки, я погружаюсь в особое состоянии сознания - художники называют его Творческий Поток. Поэтому мне больше нравится продавать уже готовые работы, именно в потоке рождаются действительно сильные картины.

I prefer do this without loud public galleries. I mainly use my art for personal pleasure and for charity if I have to help my relatives or friends. I am not rich, like many artists because I spend a lot of money for my pleasure like oil colors or brushes and organization free master classes for kids. When I start working with my new art often I see it continuation in my dreams when I sleep. If a work for ordered for someone a certain colors scheme for this person comes to me in a dream. In this way, I receive plots and colors schemes that are necessary for this person individual.
Long time ago my works were signed from the back side (Иза) and I want to congratulate you if a happy owner of my oldest work! I don't like to spoil the picture with by my signature on front side but if you wat i can do it for you.
At the moment, my business is web design, restoration, decorator I create by myself an interior from decorative plasters, stones, liquid wallpaper, I like to create a voluminous collage, oil painting, water colors painting I like to create new exclusive things from old items. Why do I work out for free with kids? To learn new things! Together with kids we also learn a lot of new. I also want to share my skills with others.
My slogan, the main important thing is that my water colors are with me! I like to travel around different countries in search of myself and I think I have already found what I was looking for and stopped. Recently, all paintings have been created in hyperrealism and pop art.
