Conrad Felixmüller était un artiste allemand du XXe siècle, né Conrad Felix Müller. Il est connu comme peintre, graphiste, illustrateur et graveur, représentant du mouvement de la nouvelle matérialité, qui a travaillé dans le style expressionniste.
Felixmüller a réalisé environ 2 500 peintures et dessins graphiques, dont le motif principal est l'être humain. L'artiste se considérait comme un expressionniste socialement critique, et ses œuvres reflétaient des scènes de la vie quotidienne. Dans les années 1930, un grand nombre de ses œuvres ont été confisquées par les nazis qui les considéraient comme des exemples d'art dégénéré et les ont détruites. À la suite du bombardement de Berlin en 1944, Felixmüller a perdu une grande partie de son œuvre.
