A group of nine volumes, comprising:

Edith SITWELL (1887-1964). The Mother and Other Poems. Oxford: Printed for the Author by B.H. Blackwell, 1915.
First edition, association copy inscribed by Robert Graves to Siegfried Sassoon. Small quarto. Original wrappers lettered in black (light wear at extremities); housed in custom black cloth chemise and black morocco-backed slipcase. Provenance: Robert Graves (1895-1985, English poet; presentation inscription to:) – Siegfried Sassoon (1886-1967, English poet).

YEATS, W.B. (1865-1939). The Tower. London: Macmillan and Co., 1928.
First edition: a fine copy in the dust-jacket. Octavo. 2 pp. publisher's ads at end (faint browning to endpapers, a few spots at edges). Original green cloth, spine and upper board elaborately blocked and lettered in gilt, edges untrimmed (corners just rubbed); original dust-jacket (minimal wear). Provenance: Coman Leavenworth (American poet who beat Allen Ginsberg to the award of 'Poet Most Likely to Succeed' at Columbia University; bookplate).

HOUSMAN, A. E. (1859-1936). A Shropshire Lad. London: The Richards Press Limited, 1932. [Sold with:] – Last Poems. London: The Richards Press Limited, 1933.
Later editions, each signed by the author on the half-title. Together 2 volumes, small octavo. (Some light browning and marginal marks.) Original cloth lettered in black, top edges gilt (spines sunned, lacking dust-jackets); housed together in a custom cloth box. Provenance: R. B. Marriott (pencil ownership inscriptions on endpapers).

SASSOON, Siegfried (1886-1967). The War Poems. London: William Heinemann, 1919.
First edition in the original dust-jacket. Small octavo. (Faint creasing, a few light spots.) Original red cloth, printed paper labels to spine and upper cover (lightly bumped and marked, endpapers faintly browned, light wear to front pastedown resulting from label excision); original printed dust-jacket (spine and upper edge sunned, corners nicked, small chip at head of spine). Provenance: G. H. ?Foswell (ownership inscription on endpaper).

BROOKE, Rupert (1887-1915). 1914 and other Poems. London: Sidgwick & Jackson Limited, 1915.
First edition. Octavo. Photogravure frontispiece portrait of the author, additional spine label tipped-in on rear endpaper (endpapers lightly browned and spotted). Original publisher's cloth, paper spine label (a few faint marks, small bubble to cloth on upper cover). Provenance: John Herbert Bankes (bookplate).

First edition. Octavo. (A few leaves with offset browning.) Original publisher's cloth, printed paper label on spine (cloth lightly rubbed).
