“Leaving for Cold Spring Harbor tomorrow…” In full: “Very pleased to get your letter of 25th May. I shall be leaving for Cold Spring Harbor tomorrow, so perhaps you could send a copy of the formal confirming letter to me there. Looking forward to seeing you in the near future. / Yours ever, Francis”. Crick co-presented a paper at the Cold Spring Harbor Symposium that year under the theme of the evolution and genetics of antibodies.
