Original green cloth, spine and upper cover with title and illustration, lower cover with publisher’s device, all stamped in black (faint wear, light vertical crease to spine); original pictorial dust-jacket (creased, large chip affecting bottom of upper panel and spine with loss, three small holes including two into illustration on spine, head of spine and corners slightly chipped, some marks, stains and closed tears). Provenance: Frits Menschaar (no internal evidence of provenance).
