The Old Man and the Sea. New York: Scribner's, 1952

8vo. Half-title, signed by Matthew C. Fleming, Princeton, N.J., to pastedown. Publisher's blue cloth, spine lettered in silver; some loss of silver lettering. Dust jacket priced $3.00 and with author's photo credited and printed in blue; a little toned along the top edge, spine sunned, slight wear to head and foot of spine.

A fine copy with the jacket of this classic novella about the old man and the marlin.

The author's last great work of fiction, written in Cuba in 1951 and published the following year.
