Я изучала академическую живопись в Академии искусств Кишинёва. В Художественной Академии я осваивала ремесленные навыки, оттачивала технику написания натуры, написания с натуры, технику старых мастеров. В моей живописи преобладают работы, выполненные масляными красками, но я могу использовать другие красители, так же работаю в смешанной технике. Картины пишу в основном на холсте. Работаю разными материалами: пастель, карандаш, уголь, сангина, сепия, графит, мел. Есть опыт работы в монументальной живописи. В моей живописи я отдаю предпочтение экспрессионизму как эмоциональному содержанию работ. Брала частные уроки у известных художников Молдовы и Румынии. Я экспериментирую с разным материалом, глиной, золой, сажей, воском для придания моим композициям определённой, нужной мне фактуры. Пытаюсь не исключая консерватизм и традиции в этическом и нравственном качестве, привнести в своё искусство новаторство и новизну, чтобы моё искусство не было безнравственным плагиатом.

Karpenko Vitaliy was born in 1963 in the city of Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine. He studied in high school number 1 in Dnepropetrovsk from 1978 to 1981. 1981-1986 Kharkov Academy of Arts, 1987-1990.
